Sausage Marinara Hunan Noodle with Signature Pepper Radish
4 servings of Phoenix Green Square Cut Wheat (or Whole Wheat) Noodle
1/2 cup Phoenix Green Hot Pepper Radish
2 cup marinara sauce
4 link (5" long) Italian sausage, sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook noodle according to Cooking Directions and Perfect Noodle Guide below. In a large skillet, cook the pepper radish with sliced sausage in olive oil over medium heat, until the sausage is no longer pink. Mix marinara sauce in and heat through. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Drain noodle. Serve sauce over noodle. Makes 4 servings.

- Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt.
- Add noodle and stir; return to rapid boil.
- Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally.
- Drain well. Add to your favorite stir fry dish or soup.
