Hunan Steamed Fish with Signature Spicy Chili Sauce

2 pcs fish fillet, cod and tilapia are popular fish for this delicious dish

Mix below ingredients
1 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. sugar
1 Tsp. cooking wine
1 Tsp. soy sauce
1 Tsp. minced ginger
And marinate the fillet in refrigerator for two hours

1 Tbsp. Spicy Chili Sauce
1 pcs green onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Steam the marinated fish fillet for about 6 minutes. Put the fish fillet in a place, sprinkle chopped green onion and crush garlic on top of the fillet. Drizzle on the soy sauce. Heat the olive oil in a samll pot till it smokes. Pour the smoking oil evenly on the fillet. Serves 4.
